1. Delivery Information
A valid concession card and photo ID are required if you have purchased concession tickets. There are 4 delivery options:
- Home Printed
- Regular Mail
- Registered Mail
- Express Post
PROticket sends its tickets through Australia Post's regular mail service. Delivery may take up to 7 working days within Australia. PROticket will not take any responsibility of tickets sent by regular mail. Australia Post cannot trace tickets sent by regular mail.
Registered Mail allows you to trace your tickets through Australia Post. Delivery may take up to 14 working days for Registered Mail. If your tickets are lost, stolen or destroyed they will only be replaced/refunded according to the policy of the promoter for that particular event.
Tickets sent by registered mail incur an additional fee and is not recommended for overseas addresses.
Delivery through Australia Post's Express Post may take up to 3 working days. Express Post only delivers to eligible cities within Australia and is not available for all events or overseas addresses.
2. Collection Information
The credit card holder is the only person authorised to purchase tickets and to collect them. A valid concession card and photo ID are required if you have purchased concession tickets.
Tickets must be collected in person if you book your ticket less than 7 days in advance.

Your credit card (Card used to buy the tickets)
Valid photo ID
Valid concession card or proof of entitlement (For concession tickets only)
Your signature is required upon collection of tickets.
You can collect your tickets from the venue 1 hour before the event starts. This time may change on certain occasions. Please check information page for details.
Tickets can also be collected from selected PROticket Agencies for some events.
For these particular events the selected PROticket agencies will be listed on the information page. Please check this page for more information and opening hours for the selected Proticket agencies.
Tickets Sent by Email
PROticket offers you the option to have your tickets emailed directly to you. Within a short time of purchase you should receive an email from PROticket containing your individual tickets.
For tickets sent to your email you will receive an attached PDF file containing seperate pages for each ticket you have purchased. Print each page using a PDF Reader. Each ticket will contain a unique barcode that is to be scanned at the event to gain entry. This barcode can only be scanned once.
If you print multiple copies of any ticket sent to you by email, only the first copy scanned on arrival at the event will allow the bearer entry. Thereafter, any additional copies scanned by a turnstile will not work. The person holding the duplicate copy will not be allowed entry to the event.
If you lose your emailed ticket you can reprint it.
3. Online Terms and Conditions of Sale
Proticket.com.au is an online service owned and operated by the Wests Group (ABN 24 000 973 919).
Before using the PROticket website, please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you choose to use the PROticket website you are therefore accepting the following terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not use this site and PROticket as well as the Wests Group does not grant you the right to use this site.
These Terms and Conditions may be varied by PROticket or the Wests Group at any time. Any amendments to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting. If you make a purchase through the PROticket website after amendments have been made, you are accepting to be bound by the changes.
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Tickets are sold by the Wests Group using PROticket as agent for the person ("Seller") responsible for the relevant event. ALL CLAIMS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW; PROTICKET OR THE WESTS GROUP HAS NO LIABILITY TO YOU.
The following conditions are relevant for the sale of the tickets, including any re-sale or subsequent assignment and also for attendance at the event and venue.
Tickets are not refundable and cannot be exchanged except as set out in the LPA Code of Practice for Event Ticketing in Australia (http://www.liveperformance.com.au/). In the event a refund is granted, the Wests Group & PROticket may retain any fees that were charged, to the extent permitted by law.
The Wests Group & PROticket reserves the right to change, reschedule or substitute artists and vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
The Wests Group & PROticket reserves the right to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets. The Wests Group & PROticket reserves the right not to replace tickets where seating is not allocated (general admission tickets).
The seller and the venue reserve the right of admission according to their terms of admission. Copies of these terms are available from The Wests Group & PROticket by request. If you arrive late to an event, admittance may only be allowed when there is a suitable break in the performance.
Television and broadcast rights are reserved. Therefore cameras, video and audio recorders are strictly prohibited.
At the point of entry, individuals or their possessions may be searched if it is a condition of entry to that particular venue.
Damaged or defaced tickets or tickets that were not purchased from PROticket or other authorised points of sale will result in refused entry.
The reselling of tickets or scalping of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets must not be offered for re-sale through online auction sites or used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer of the ticket. If this condition is breached the ticket may be cancelled without refund and the subsequent bearer of the ticket will be refused entry. The re-sale of tickets may attract criminal penalties according to ticket sales legislation.

Adequate time for the delivery and the collection of tickets must be allowed. Your preferred method of delivery and collection can be chosen when purchasing your ticket.
GST will apply to all goods and services supplied through this Site. Prices on this Site include GST where applicable.
Photo ID and other suitable identification is required for concession tickets when collecting the tickets and at the venue.

General Admission Events
The Wests Group & PROticket WILL NOT under any circumstances replace tickets that have been lost, stolen or destroyed. The purchaser has the sole responsibility of their tickets. Please ensure that upon receipt of your tickets that they are kept in a safe place. To safeguard your tickets you may choose to have them sent by Registered Post at an additional cost. Alternatively your tickets may be collected from the venue on the day of the performance or purchased and collected from a registered club venue in your area. You can obtain details of your nearest venue by accessing www.proticket.com.au or www.westsnewcastle.com.au. Please check office operating hours. In some instances where a venue collection is not available, alternative arrangements may be offered. Please check the purchase page for that event.
If any part of this agreement is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable part must be given effect to the greatest extent possible and the remainder will remain in full force and effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia

4. Purchase Policy
The currency for ticket prices of all events located in Australia is listed in Australian Dollars. There are several methods of payment accepted by PROticket.com.au to accommodate your needs. These include: MasterCard, VISA, and American Express.
Who You Are Buying From
The Wests Group uses PROticket as the agent to the providers and/or the promoters of an event for which you purchase tickets.
Pricing and Availability
The Wests Group, running PROticket.com.au does not set ticket prices, determine seating location or control the availability of tickets. Tickets are sold on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and generally sells its tickets through several distribution points. These include online, and at different locations authorised by the Wests Group. Each distribution point accesses the same ticketing system and therefore tickets for popular events may sell out quickly.
You must receive an order confirmation for the tickets you have purchased (either in the form of a confirmation page or email). You will receive this confirmation after you have submitted your payment details. Upon receipt of your order confirmation the responsibility is yours to confirm the order/payment is without error and is as requested during the purchase process. If you do not receive an order confirmation, or if you experience an error message or Internet disruption after submitting your payment details, the responsibility is yours to confirm your order/payment with the Customer Service Department. If you assume an order was placed without receiving confirmation PROticket will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise).
For tickets sold on PROticket.com.au a per-ticket charge, a non-refundable per order processing fee and in many cases a delivery fee may be charged.
Amount of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"
There is a limit on the amount of tickets that can be purchased from PROticket.com.au by any one person for each event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This policy is in place to prevent unfair ticket buying practices. The "ticket limit" is specified on the event page and is verified with every transaction.
The promoter, team, band or venue may cancel or postpone events on occasions due to weather conditions or situations affecting the audience or staff. The Wests Group will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund if applicable when or if this occurs. In the event of cancellation, please contact the Wests Group for information on receiving a refund. If an event is moved or re-scheduled, the promoter or venue may set refund limitations. If this is the case, please contact the Wests Group for instructions.
On occasion "opening acts" will tour with headlining performers. Opening acts can change or be cancelled without notice at any time. The Wests Group will not owe any refund for changes or cancellations of opening acts.
Refunds and Exchanges

Billing Information Verification
Billing address and other billing information must be verified before your order is processed. Incorrect billing or credit card information will delay processing and delivery. If this is the case the Wests Group & PROticket will attempt to contact you with the information provided at the time of purchase. However if this information is incorrect and the Wests Group or PROticket is unable to contact you, the Wests Group & PROticket may cancel your order and may sell your ticket to another client.
Pricing and Other Errors
The Wests Group & PROticket has the right to cancel a ticket or the order for that ticket and refund you the amount that you paid if the amount for that ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in price posted on this website or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to be released for sale. The Wests Group & PROticket will apply this regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other system operated by the Wests Group & PROticket.
Multiple Browser Windows
The Wests Group & PROticket advise you when ordering tickets online to only use one browser window. Using multiple browser windows may result in a timer expiration or loss of your tickets.
Collection of Your Information
The Wests Group & PROticket collects personal information when you are completing transactions from the PROticket Internet Site, Call Centre, Office, PROticket outlets found at some registered clubs (to locate your nearest outlet see www.proticket.com.au).
What personal information does Proticket & the Wests Group collect?
If you purchase tickets from the Wests Group & PROticket, we need to collect personal information about you, including your name, address and telephone number. The Wests Group & PROticket does not sell personal information. The personal information collected by The Wests Group & PROticket is used to ensure that the tickets or goods you purchased are delivered to you and that you are advised of any possible changes/ cancellations that may occur in relation to the event you booked. We may also need some of this information in order to process your payment (for example, if you pay by credit card online). We will not share financial or identifying information with third parties without your prior consent. The Wests Group & PROticket will only disclose personal information if this is required by law or permitted under the Privacy Act.
Changing and accessing your personal information
The Wests Group & PROticket endeavours to ensure that the information it obtains is accurate, complete and up to date. Under the Privacy Act, you have a right to seek access to information which the Wests Group & PROticket holds about you. Security of personal information
Personal information collected by the Wests Group & PROticket is stored in a secure database in proprietary data format. This information can only be read using proprietary tools. Any online data that is collected is stored in a Microsoft SQL database. This database is protected and secured and is unreachable by the Internet. Personal information that is given to the Wests Group & PROticket employees is treated as confidential.
Secure Online Transactions
Credit card transactions are secured online using NAB-accredited Internet payment security system. Card details are not stored automatically by the website but are processed directly to NAB.
